Order Acceptance Policy - Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.  ApolloDigital.com reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.  ApolloDigital.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by ApolloDigital.com’s Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department.  ApolloDigital.com may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.

Order Cancellation - An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship.  Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be canceled.  ApolloDigital.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.

Backorders - At ApolloDigital.com, we make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information.  Due to the fact that our online store consists of over 100,000 computer-related products, an item may not always be in stock. ApolloDigital.com will accept orders for out-of-stock items.  If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at ANY time prior to shipping.

Typographical Errors - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ApolloDigital.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification.  ApolloDigital.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, ApolloDigital.com shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy - Most items we sell come with a 15-day replacement manufacturers warranty against defects. After 15 days your warranty is covered directly from the manufacturer.  

ApolloDigital.com does NOT accept returns for opened, non-defective products.  This clause is subject to our descression!

You must contact the Apollo Digital RMA department before returning any products. All returns must be in original packaging, including all parts, undamaged in any way. Restocking fees may be higher or we may refuse the return if this policy is not recognized.

 Tip! Do not fill out warranty cards, write on manuals or boxes, submit rebate forms or register online until you are sure you'll be keeping the product. Products not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Return any product meeting these conditions for exact replacement within 15 days, a 15% restocking fee is subject to our descression. We pay UPS ground shipping on the replacement of defective products. Non-defective replacements will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Items with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee must meet all return requirements to avoid a restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges, insurance fees and labor charges are not refundable.

All returns require a Return Authorization number issued by Apollo Digital Customer Service. You can request a return authorization via email by clicking HERE or calling our sales office.

Defective software:

Within the 15 day replacement time frame, your software will be replaced immediately, upon receipt of the defective product.  Defective software cannot be exchanged or returned for credit.  Once software is opened, you may not return it for credit.  

Defective hardware:

Within the 15 day replacement time frame, your hardware will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. The customer is responsible for a RMA/Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer after 15 days.  

Factory Refurbished items are non-returnable. Before returning any item, you must contact ApolloDigital.com’s Returns Department via email at rma@ApolloDigital.com within 15 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. 

All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost are extra when a non-defective product is returned and are the responsibility of the customer.  Credits to charge cards may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the returned product.  Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sales Tax (within the US) - ApolloDigital.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Maryland USA.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Credit Cards - ApolloDigital.com accepts Visa and MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal only! There is a surcharge for using your Amex card to make a purchase.  Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped.

Shipping Policy – USA - *An additional charge of up to $75.00 may be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of ApolloDigital.com or the courier. ApolloDigital.com reserves the right to review shipping. 

Most in stock order ship same day, although that does not mean that you will receive your order next day. Your order will not ship until after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.
